Sticks
Kebob Shop is a counter service restaurant
that specializes in Mediterranean-style Sandwiches,
Salads, and Platters featuring a tempting
selection of flame-grilled kebobs and falafel,
freshly prepared vegetarian side dishes, homemade
sauces and freshly-squeezed Limeade. Whether
dining in our comfortable restaurants, picking
up family dinner, or catering an office function,
Sticks provides a quick, easy, healthful alternative
to fast food.
Sticks was developed in Charlottesville, Virginia
in 2001 by a group of fine-dining restaurant
veterans who sought to create an ethnic "joint"
that wasn't bound by the ingredients or techniques
of a single origin. The resulting menu features
a unique blend of exotic flavors and textures
designed to suit the tastes of our clients.
